What are your management fees?

Market My Property charges 18% of gross turnover nothing more. Commission is deducted from the revenue generated each month, and payment is sent to you by the 7th of the following month alongside a full monthly statement. No upfront fees, no setup costs, no hidden charges.

What areas do you cover?

We currently operate across 15 UK locations including Cambridge, Bristol, Yorkshire, West Midlands, Greater London, Manchester, Liverpool, Brighton, Wales and more. Not sure if we cover your area? Get in touch and we'll confirm.

Can I still use my property myself?

Yes. Just let us know your required dates and we'll block the calendar accordingly. Your property remains yours — we simply manage it on your behalf.

Will my property earn more than a standard tenancy?

In most cases, yes, often significantly more. Serviced accommodation typically commands higher nightly rates than long-term rental income. During your free appraisal, we'll provide a detailed income projection based on comparable properties in your area.

What type of property works best for serviced accommodation?

We work with a wide range of property types, from studio apartments to larger family homes. Properties that perform best are well-located, finished to a good standard and ideally have parking. Unsure? Submit the form and we'll give you an honest assessment.

What if a guest damages my property?

Every guest signs our terms and conditions, provides ID verification and pays a security deposit before check-in. We vet all guests carefully and retain the deposit in the event of damage or house rule violations.

How quickly can you get my property live?

Most properties are live and receiving bookings within 7–14 days of onboarding. We handle professional photography, listing creation and all platform setup. The timeline depends mostly on when we can arrange the property visit.

What platforms will my property appear on?

Your property will be listed on our own website plus Airbnb, Booking.com and TripAdvisor, alongside our corporate partner network including SilverDoor, Homelike and Situ for longer-stay, higher-quality corporate bookings.
